I HAVE ALREADY Entered BUT I NEED TO PURCHASE A SUPPORTER FERRY TICKET OR EVENT T-SHIRT

If you have already completed your event registration and would like to now purchase spectator ferry tickets and/or event merchandise, you can do so through by selecting “My Account” on your confirmation email, or by creating account online here : https://portal.totalsport.co.nz/.

Create an account and password, and this will allow you to manage all your Total Sport events.
Select your The Dual event ticket and use the red “Make Changes” button to “Add Items to Ticket.”

WHY DO I NEED TO ATTEND THE EVENT REGISTRATION WHEN I'VE ALREADY entered ONLINE?

You will need to collect your race number, ferry ticket and drop off your mountain bike (if you're a mountain biker).

DO I NEED TO BRING MY E-TICKET CONFIRMATION WITH ME TO THE EVENT REGISTRATION?

No, you only need your name to register.

CAN I REGISTER FOR OTHER PEOPLE?

Yes, you'll just need their names to do so.

I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE THURSDAY EVENT REGISTRATION, HOW DO I REGISTER?

For those people who live out-of-town or definitely unable to register on the Thursday you will be able to get your event ferry ticket at either Fullers Terminal (99 Quay Street Auckland CBD or Marine Square, Devonport) on the morning of the event, and then register over on the island for your event (collect race number, goodie bag etc). We will have your name on a list at both ferry locations.

I CAN'T MAKE IT TO THE THURSDAY EVENT REGISTRATION TO DROP off MY MOUNTAIN BIKE, HOW DO I GET IT OVER TO THE ISLAND?

If you live out of Auckland, or have exceptional circumstances that mean you can't attend the compulsory Thursday Event Registration then please email Julieanne@totalsport.co.nz to book a space for your MTB on your Saturday morning ferry. Your bike must be spotlessly clean and will be inspected by DOC biosecurity team prior to boarding.

Please note space is very limited and priority will be given to out-of-towners.
